Meet Matthias and Franda West, the heart and hands behind One Love Pizza. As Nevada natives and proud parents, they’ve built their pizzeria on a foundation of fresh, high-quality ingredients and genuine care for their community.
Their journey began back in high school when Matthias discovered his passion for food. He went on to study culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas, TX . Since then, he’s been devoted to perfecting his craft and creating delicious foods.
Franda’s path led her into nursing, where she nurtured a lifelong commitment to serving others, a spirit she now pours into the pizzeria every day. Together, guided by faith and fueled by love, Matthias and Franda have created a pizzeria that feels like home.

I’ve live across the street from what is now “One Love Pizza” for 10 years and just finally tried them. Great new owners and fantastic pizza. I’m looking forward to trying the calzones, they sound pretty tasty.

Wow! Finally a pizza with toppings! This was old school pizza, loved it. You can have them bake it or you can bake yourself. The crust was perfect, I like the thinner crust. Owners were very personal and engaged. Impressive!

Being gluten free you can try each pizza places crust and most are just subpar. Not Nik n’ Willie’s it was amazing, I truly felt as if I was eating “real” pizza!! Thank you for finding a crust that is amazing!!!!
